Children free up to age 21 years of age.

 

Are children allowed for the whole event?

Yes & No....children under the age of 21 are allowed only until the Bike Rodeo is finished.

No children are allowed in the Beer Garden area. Please make sure you accomodate this.

 

\\SET TIMES

9am the gates open.

Beer Garden from 9am-2am.

Bike Rodeo TBA (morning thru afternoon).

Entertainment with 2 bands this year from 6pm-9pm & 9pm-12am.

\\TICKET AVAILABILITY ON SITE

You can get your tickets at the gate when they open at 9am. We will also be presaling tickets as well! You can drop us a message through here or catch us on our Facebook Page!

 

 

\\ENTRY & SECURITY

Our team will meet & greet you at the gates so be sure to have your Id with you! We will have security provided as well!

 

 

\\ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES

All alcoholic beverages must stay in the beer garden!

 

\\WEATHER

As we all know we live in Kansas and the weather can change at any time. We will have an eye on any weather that may approach our event to better accomodate everyones safety.

 

 

\\THESE ITEMS ARE PROHIBITED

We do encourage cameras of all types to our event....we do how ever will not allow any cameras of any sort during the wet tshirt contest so please respect our rules!

 

\\ VENDORS

We welcome all vendors to our event. Do get in contact with us as how we can get you set up with your space at our event. Please do know that if you have any children that plan to help you with your booth that then your booth will be located outside of the area origionally set aside for vendors due to our beer garden.
